ABOUTBe active, get involved and have fun. The 5K is a distance people of all ages and abilities can get involved in. Bring the family (strollers allowed), come with friends, and enjoy the day. The race starts in front of St. Albert Place, winds up Mission Ave to then join the trail system back to Lions Park.
